Personalised dog training, built around you and your dog
At Brixham Dog Training, we believe that training should be enjoyable, rewarding, and built on trust. We use kind, science-based methods that strengthen the bond between you and your dog while helping them develop the skills they need to thrive in everyday life.
We do not offer group classes. Instead, all our training is delivered 1:1:1, just you, your dog and us. This means that you are able to progress at the speed that suits you and your dog and our training can be tailored to areas that you want to focus on.
We offer a full puppy programme for pups up to 12 months old and then adult dog handling skills modules; all delivered at your house or a local park.
Fully qualified trainer using kind, modern methods
Fully qualified Dog Trainer with many years of experience. Annually reviewed and accredited through the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers (IMDT) to ensure we keep up to date with scientific developments and current best practice.
Previously based in Surrey I have delivered hundreds of one to one sessions to many, many different breeds of dogs and their owners. I am now delighted to be able to offer the same service in the Bay Area.
Our goal is to help you create a happy, confident, and well-rounded companion while enjoying the journey together. Whether you’re looking for full practical training support or just improving recall or lead walking skills, I am here to help every step of the way.

Puppy Programme
With no group classes to contend with, together we will build a calm, well-mannered, confident companion, while making training fun, rewarding, and easy to understand.
- 1:1:1 - just you, your pup and us.
- 6 sessions of up to 60 minutes.
- Delivered in your home or local park.
- Pre puppy arrival visit (£25)
- Additional sessions available
£150 per 6-sessions
Adult Handling Skills
Our handling skills modules cover the most common behavioural challenges such as pulling on the lead, jumping up, recall difficulties, and confidence building.

- 3 x 60-minute sessions per module
